This budget model is part of our framework Let the IT budget be the new IT strategy! The purpose is to create an IT budget that is value-oriented and resonates with the management’s mindset. The budget has its own dashboard with KPIs that connects IT to the business context. It also comes with a PowerPoint template for presenting the budget to the management.

This can be the first step on the path to closer collaboration between IT and the business.

To receive the budget files you need to fill out the contact form on this page. All fields need to be filled out properly. Upon completion you will instantly get an email with the files attached.

The files are currently only available in Norwegian. You will receive a zip-archive containing these files:
